Postage/Delivery
Please allow 14 business days before contacting us about your order! If it's been over 14 business days, visit our contact page and get in touch.
How much does postage cost?
Postage varies depending on what you're buying, it starts at £1.50 - Our system calculates the postage when you fill out your details in the checkout - Rest assured it is the cheapest it can be though!
Do you ship Worldwide?
Yes! We love you guys and girls overseas! Just follow the instructions at the checkout.
How long does Worldwide Shipping take?
Royal Mail tells us we can get your stuff to you within 5-10 business days using Airmail. However it all depends on how strict your country is with customs. Some countries are fine and let our parcels go straight through; others can take ages to process, especially during the busy times of the year. We ask you to wait a maximum of 21 business days for international orders because of this.
Where's my order?
We rely on good old Royal Mail for all our orders in both the UK and Worldwide. We do Post Office runs every business day however if you order on a Friday after 10am, you will be expecting your goods either Tuesday or Wednesday if you're in the UK.
It's been over 14 business days and I still haven't received my order?
We're happy to say this has never happened, but if it ever does, you're not on your own. Just get in touch and we'll sort everything out from there!
Who do you use to send mail?
We use Royal Mail for all our national and worldwide orders.
Payment
What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
Do I need a PayPal account in order to shop with you guys?
You do not need to register an account with PayPal to pay, just follow the checkout process and an option will come up to either login to an existing account or to pay by debit card without an account.
Do you accept E-Cheques through PayPal?
Yes. When you do not have a debit card attached to your PayPal account, but have a bank account attached, PayPal processes your payments using E-Cheques. E-Cheques are very similar to regular cheques in where a security check has to pass through with your bank before sending money. It's recommended you attach a debit card to your PayPal account which processes payments immediately.
PayPal E-Cheques can take approximately 5-7 business days to process, sometimes longer depending on bank processing in different countries. We will not send your order out until payment has been cleared.
How secure is this store?
PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available at the time of writing this). Basically, it's like having two huge bodyguards next to you whenever you go shopping. Not bad, eh?
